Casting Moulding Boxes are made by high grade quality. Casting machined true on Mating Faces, Jig drilled and press fitted with round and elongated hardened & ground bushes. The boxes are made to Indian and International standards or to suit the customer's own requirements. C.I. TEXONE Presenting “The Easy way” Moulding method for foundries. As per regular system to make 200 moulds you need 200 Fix boxes, which is very big investment, But now with TEXONE Q.R.A. Boxes, you just need two boxes & twelve Jackets to do the same work.
The easy method is fill mould with sand, remove Q.R.A. Box, slip on a Jacket at pouring time & then dump.
The TEXONE Box constructed with high grade aluminium Alloy which gives you a long life services but with easy operating systems. The Box includes floating cams, which made by special gun metal, springs which guarded by fitted caps, wearing strip of M.S. side Flanges with hardened bush & lifting handels.

TEXONE Jacket is made form graded C.I. Casting & is very accurately machined & assembled carefully. Jacket is necessary to protect the mould, which made from Q.R.A. from brusting at the time of pouring.

Matchplates are accurately machined both side & drilled carefully as per standard center distance & attached with hardened ( E.N. Series Material ) bush fitted.
